ST. CLARE SCHOOL AND ST. PETER SCHOOL HOLD FRIENDLY SPORTS MEET
In a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship, St. Clare School, Akuluto, in collaboration with St. Peter School, Atoizu, organized a friendly inter-school sports meet at the St. Peter School ground on saturday, 25th October 2025. The event was well coordinated under the guidance of Fr. Ashiko Abraham, who made all necessary arrangements for the matches.

The visiting team from St. Clare School, led by Fr. Stephen D’Souza, Headmaster, along with Br. Melrish and two teachers, arrived at the venue at 9:15 a.m. The day began with a short inaugural program organized by the host school’s management, setting a cheerful tone for the matches.

The friendly games included volleyball (girls and boys) and football (boys). In the girls’ volleyball match, St. Clare School emerged victorious, followed by another win for St. Clare in the boys’ volleyball match. However, in the football match, St. Peter School put up a strong performance and claimed victory with a 2–0 scoreline.

A short closing program was held after the matches, where both schools expressed appreciation for the opportunity to strengthen bonds through sports. The visiting team from St. Clare School departed for Akuluto at 4:00 p.m., marking the end of a day filled with healthy competition and friendship.
