Young Capuchin Priests’ Gathering, 2012

The Young Capuchin Priests’ gathering was held from 14 -18, February, 2012 at Kripalaya, Bogadi, Mysore. The Thirteen blossoming Priests’ of Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka had a stirring experience as they took a decisive break to gather together with all their companions to share their maiden experience as Priests of God. We loved being together, sitting together in the class, having fun, games, walk and enjoyment. It almost gave a feeling of our formation days. Rev. Br. Provincial inaugurated the gathering and gave boost to the youngsters with his message. Each day we had reputed resource persons to enlighten us on various themes which really enhanced our vigor to resume our responsibilities effectively. Above all the precious time that we gave to each other to share, to listen, to compliment and to appreciate brought us face to face with each other culminating in giving thanks to God almighty for the abundant talents and energy He has given us. We were much pleased with Br. Dolphy Pais, the vicar Provincial, an architect behind this memorable gathering, who was always with us, listening to us, guiding and appreciating us. The result or success of this unique gathering was the decision to have such gathering every year that we may rightly channelize our energies in building the Kingdom of God, as we render our valuable services in the Province as lesser brothers. May God be praised in His little brothers…!
