INDEPENDENCE DAY IN ST CLARE
SCHOOL AKULUTO, NAGALAND St Clare School celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2023. All the
students gathered in the Primary school ground at 8.15 am. Immediately after
Saluting the Indian flag and paying respect to the National Flag all sang
the National Anthem. Fr Stephen the Headmaster of the school explained about
the importance of the day by speaking few words on Independence Day
thereafter all proceeded to Akuluto Zero point to celebrate the Independence
Day. Chief guest of the day was Shri T N Mannen IAS the hon’ble Advisor, Law
and Justice Land Revenue Government of Nagaland. Several Programmes were put
up namely Folk dance, Patriotic Dance and Folk Song by the people of Akuluto
and schools around the town. The boys of St Clare school partook in the
parade Presentation and the girls danced for a Patriotic song.
