Pastoral Visitation – Kripa
Kiran Friary, Nitte. Provincial Minister, Rev. Fr John Alwyn Dias paid a Pastoral visit to
Kripa Kiran Friary, Nitte, Karkala on 14 August 2023. The guardian and the
friars extended a cordial welcome to the Provincial and Br Joywin,
provincial secretary. The Visitation commenced with the Holy Eucharist
offered by the Provincial Minister. Thereafter an introductory talk was
held, where the Provincial called upon the friars to discuss and reflect on
the Seven Pillars of religious and fraternal life. After meeting the friars
personally, a community dialogue was held, where the Provincial discussed
about the various issues and gave valuable suggestions and guidance to move
forward. He also thanked the friars for being available in the parish and
for their availability for pastoral and spiritual ministry. The Pastoral
Visitation was concluded with the Holy Hour and benediction.
