STEERING TO
NEW HORIZONS: The corridors and conference hall of Saccidananda woke up
to tons of activities as the annual general body meetings of
Capuchin Friars Service Society, Vimukthi Charitable Trust, Capuchin
Education Board and Commission for Justice, Ecology and Peace were
hosted here from 28 to 30 October. A number of friars were present
from communities near and far.
The meetings proceed with minutes, elaborate activity reports,
budget sessions, discussions and deliberations on various issues
pertaining to the ordinary functioning of said bodies.
Mr K G Matthew, the principal of Excel Public School, Mysore was the
resource person to address the members of CEB as how to acquire
excellence in the modern day Education sector and the challenges
there in.
All the meetings found a fruitful end and the various legal bodies
of the Province are brazed up to face yet another year with vigor.
