Joyful Birthday Celebration,
Venafro, Italy This time the birthday celebration of Br. J. B. Sequeira, on 27th July,
at Venafro Friary in Italy, had a special joyful note. Bros. Denis Lobo and
Jossy Fernandes who are also the pastoral collaborators in the Foggia
province, were present for lunch. Br. Joel Lopez , who is residing for a
month at the Capuchin Friary in Campobasso for the practice of Italian
language, added his youthful delight to the event by his presence. Friars
Antonello, the Superior, and Franco Gitto had been bountiful in arranging
everything for our contentment.
In the evening, after the Eucharistic celebration, the SFO, GIFRA and the
Prayer Group of Padre Pio manifested their appreciation of our service by
hosting a modest get-together with cake, pizza etc. It was day to remember.
