Pastoral visitation by General
Councilor Fr. Michael Fernandes Pastoral Visitation of Holy Trinity Province-Karnataka by
General Councilor Rev. Fr. Michael Fernandes began at Saccidananda,
Capuchin Provincialate, on the 06th of December, 2015. Provincial
Minister Rev. Fr. Joseph Dolphy Pais welcomed the General Councilor
during the lunch with a beautiful bouquet, wishing him every success
for his pastoral visitation. At 7.15 p.m General Councilor conducted
the Adoration and on the 07th of December 2015 at 9.a.m. General
Councilor addressed the community members by sharing the best wishes
of the General Minister then encouraged the community to be
dedicated, disciplined, prayerful and committed in following the
footprints of our founder St. Francis of Assisi. He also cautioned
the friars about the Sexual abuse and financial mismanagement that
is taking place in the Church in general and in the Order in
particular.
